Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Membora.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Membora. These Terms of Service govern your use of our gym management software, website, and related services provided by Alif InfoTech Solutions. By registering for an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Membora provides a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for fitness businesses. The features include but are not limited to member management, billing workflows, automated reminders, staff access control, and attendance tracking.

3. User Responsibilities

As a gym owner/administrator using Membora, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Ensuring all data entered (including member details) complies with local privacy laws.
  • Not utilizing the platform for any illegal activities, spamming, or harassment.

4. Subscription and Billing

Our service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). All fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable except as explicitly provided in our Refund Policy. If automated billing fails or manual payments are delayed beyond the grace period, we reserve the right to suspend platform access.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you input into Membora, including all of your members' data. Membora acts as a data processor. We will never sell, rent, or misuse your client data to third parties. Upon termination of service, you have the right to request a complete data export.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Membora platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from errors or interruptions. Alif InfoTech Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or operational loss of revenue resulting from software unavailability.
