Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, transparent rules regarding your Membora subscriptions.
We want you to be fully comfortable when investing in Membora to run your fitness center. This policy outlines how we handle trials, cancellations, and refunds.
The Trial-First Philosophy
Membora offers a free trial period so you can thoroughly evaluate the software, invite your staff, and test the admissions and billing workflows. We highly encourage utilizing the trial completely to ensure the product perfectly fits your gym's operational requirements before committing economically.
Cancellations
We do not enforce "lock-in" contracts. You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through the Admin Settings inside your dashboard.
- If you cancel, you will not be billed for any subsequent renewal cycles.
- Your account will remain active for the duration of the current billing cycle already paid for.
- There are no cancellation fees whatsoever.
Refund Eligibility
Given the availability of our extensive free trial, we generally do not offer refunds on completed subscription payments (whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances occur. Refunds may be considered ONLY under the following conditions:
- Technical Failures: A severe systemic failure that prevents your gym from operating using Membora, and our technical team fails to resolve the issue within 2 working days.
- Accidental Charges: If an automated renewal was billed by mistake despite a formally documented cancellation request sent prior to the renewal date.
- For any exceptional refund request, you must reach out to us within 7 days of the transaction.
Mode of Refund
In the event a refund is approved by our management team, the amount will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card via our Gateway). Standard banking turnaround times (typically 5 to 7 business days) will apply.
