- Admin Data: When you register your gym, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and gym location details.
- Tenant Data: Any information you input regarding your gym members (such as member demographic details, payment records, and attendance logs).
- Usage Data: Information on how the service is accessed and used to help us improve UI/UX.
2. How We Use Information
Membora uses the collected data exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain the service (including isolating your database tenant).
- Notify you about changes to our Service or billing status.
- Provide customer care and targeted technical support.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal or tenant data to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted third parties strictly necessary to operate the business, such as:
- Payment Gateways: (e.g., Razorpay) to process your subscription fees securely. We do not store your credit card details directly on our servers.
- Communication Providers: Services handling our transactional SMS and automated email receipts.
4. Data Security & Isolation
Membora employs a robust multi-tenant architecture. This means your gym data is logically isolated from every other gym using the platform. We employ HTTPS encryption during transit, password hashing, and active monitoring to ensure your members' data is secure and protected against unauthorized access.
5. Your Rights & Data Portability
